For items being shipped to Emerald M3D Ltd from outside the UK please ensure that "Mail order product being returned to manufacturer for repair - do not charge duty. Customs procedure code CPC 51 00 01." is stated clearly and legibly on the outside of any packaging and included in all relevant documentation, both online (digital) and printed.

There is no particular time scale for this service. Once arrived to us it will be attended by our engineer in between his main job at first available convenience and according to the queue.
