Our new Dashboard switch incorporating a key switch allows one of the ECU maps to be permanently selected once the key switch is operated. Popular uses for this function are as a rudimentary immobiliser, valet mode or restricted performance mode.
Likewise our Dashboard switch incorporating a momentary push switch allows use of one of the ECU maps only when the push button is depressed. Numerous uses are possible but this function has already been used to provide a simple start line rev-limiter - great on turbo cars to assist building boost, or to briefly allow an over-boost situation whilst the button is depressed.
